The Assistant Secretary-General of the Islah party Mr. Sheikhan Al-Dubaee, said, "When political action was absent or made absent in the country, Yemen sank in the quagmire of terrorist militias and their destructive agendas."
He added in a special statement to "Al-Sahwa Net" on the occasion of the 34th anniversary of Islah's birthday: "When politics and political work in Yemen declined, the country sank in the quagmire of militias that do not care about what our country should be like in the future."
Al-Dubaee stressed that all "Political stakeholders should sense the seriousness of the stage and work together to end the coup and restore state institutions and the path of national consensus in order to reach lasting peace." He continued: "As we celebrate this occasion at a critical time for our beloved country, we emphasize the importance of party work and political pluralism as a safe path for the country to cross into the future, without militias that rely on terrorism and weapons to seize the state."
In a statement, Al-Dubaee congratulated "the members of the General Secretariat and the leaders of the Islah party in the executive offices, the parliamentary and ministerial blocs, and the branches of the party in the governorates, men and women, on the occasion of the 34th anniversary of the founding."
