A KSrelief-affilaited humanitarian project has successfully extracted 1,319 explosive devices planted by Houthi rebels across Yemen in just one week, significantly reducing the threat to civilians.
Masam initiative reported clearing over 252,000 square meters of land, bringing its total demined area to 71 million square meters since launching in 2018.
This massive effort has eliminated a total of 517,818 landmines, bombs, and explosive devices from Yemeni soil, paving the way for safe returns and reconstruction.
