The Yemeni Reform Party in Al-Mahrah Governorate has commended the recent security success in Shahn District, where authorities foiled an attempt to establish the country's first-ever drug manufacturing factory. According to a statement released by the party, this achievement reflects the vigilance and efficiency of the local security forces in tackling serious security challenges.
The party also praised the efforts of the local authorities in conducting market inspections, particularly in light of the notable improvement in the exchange rate of the national currency. It called for doubling these efforts to ensure market stability and alleviate the burden on citizens.
The Yemeni Reform Party in Al-Mahrah Governorate urged all political forces and social components to unite and prioritize the national interest, working together to protect the governorate and make it a model for security, stability, and peaceful coexistence.
The party highlighted that the ongoing Houthi militia coup against state institutions has exacerbated the humanitarian crisis in Yemen, leaving devastating effects on every Yemeni household, tearing apart the social fabric, and deepening economic and living hardships for the people.
