The Ans tribe in Dhamar Governorate gave the terrorist Houthi militia 48 hours ultimatum, starting Wednesday, to reverse the decision issued by Houthi leader Mahdi Al-Mashat to pardon the killer of one of their clan members, in violation of the provisions of Islamic law and bypassing the judiciary and its rulings.
A statement issued by the first meeting of a number of dignitaries, notables and sons of the tribe in Al-Sabeen Square in Sana'a, announced its strong condemnation of what the leader Al-Mashat did by obstructing the implementation of the ruling ordering the execution of the perpetrator, issued by the Court of Appeal, and approved by the Supreme Court, and issuing a decision to pardon the killer and release him in violation of legitimacy and the law.
