Deputy Governor of Marib Dr. Abd Rabbuh Miftah headed a local government meeting today with the Coordinator of the Water and Sanitation Cluster in Yemen Frederic Ba Tjni over interventions, the most prominent needs and priority projects in the field of water, sanitation and hygiene to be included in the Cluster's plan for the next year 2025.
According to Saba Agency, the Deputy Governor of Marib and the directors of the relevant executive offices reviewed the interventions and projects that represent a priority, most notably the city's sanitation project, water and sanitation projects in Marib city and the IDPs camps, in addition to supporting government offices to intensify their service activities in line with the continuous increase in the number of displaced persons, who represent more than 62 percent of the total number of displaced persons in Yemen.
