Government condemns Houthi torturing of captive soldier Mohammed Suleiman to death

Minister of Information, Culture and Tourism Muammar al-Eryani has strongly condemned the terrorist Houthi militia's torturing of detained soldier Mohammed Mohammed Abdullah Suleiman, 36, to death.
In a press statement published by the official news agency, al-Eryani said that "this despicable crime … reminds us of the tragedy of thousands of hostages, detained and forcibly disappeared people in [the Houthi militia's] illegal detention centers".
Suleiman was kidnapped and detained by the Houthi militia on June 4, 2020 on the Sarwah warfront, and was subjected throughout his detention to various forms of psychological and physical torture, which led to the deterioration of his health, before the terrorist militia informed his family on November 9, 2024 about his death in jail.
