The Islah party in Ash Shihr area in Hadhramaut Coast organized a political symposium entitled "Islah between Yesterday and Today", on the occasion of the 34th anniversary of the founding of the party.
In the symposium, the Secretary of the Executive Office of Islah in the Hadhramaut Coast, Muhammad Ahmed Balatif, discussed "Islah between Yesterday and Today", in which he touched on the political, economic and social history of Yemen, before and after unification, and discussed the role of Islah leaders and Yemeni nationalists in spreading the values of goodness and reform within society, and confronting foreign negative phenomena.
In his speech, Balatif stressed the importance of societal cohesion, and contributing to alleviating economic suffering through charitable associations and institutions. He also stressed the legitimate rights of Hadhramaut, calling for unity of ranks to achieve the demands of the governorate.
