The Islah's consultative Shura Council in Marib Governorate held its second regular session on Thursday headed by Sheikh Abdullah bin Ahmed Al-Bazeli, under the slogan "Together to liberate Yemen and consolidate the principles of Shura".
The council listened to the performance report of the Islah Executive Office in Marib during the past period.
In his speech, the head of the local Shura Council Sheikh Abdullah bin Ahmed Al-Bazeli prayed for the souls of the martyrs who were martyred in the battle to defend the revolution and the republic, appreciating the role played by the martyrs, wounded, and detainees.
He spoke about the conditions and developments at the local and national levels, and the suffering of the Yemeni people as a result of the war imposed by the Houthi militia, referring to the Zionist genocide against the Palestinian people.
Sheikh Al-Bazeli noted the role of the Yemeni Islah party and its national positions, alongside the political and social components during the past period, stressing the duties that fall on the Islah leaders, individuals and a broad popular base in Marib Governorate, in supporting the battle to restore the state and end the suffering of citizens, and urging them to brotherhood and solidarity with society and adopt its causes.
