Yemen has welcomed the announcement of reaching a humanitarian pause in the conflict between Israeli occupation forces and the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip.
In a statement published by Saba Agency, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs praised the efforts of Qatar, Egypt and the United States of America in reaching a declaration of a 4-day truce that will hopefully lead to a comprehensive cessation of the Israeli aggression against the Palestinian people and the entry of humanitarian aid to the blockaded Gaza enclave.
It called for continued efforts to ensure the achievement of a permanent ceasefire, the safe and sustainable entry of aid, the end of the suffering of the Palestinian people, and the realization of their legitimate aspirations to establish their independent state.
