Yesterday, Tuesday, the leadership of the Yemeni Islah Party in Hadhramaut Governorate visited Sheikh Ali bin Salem Bakir Baghathyan, at his home in Tarim, Hadhramaut Governorate.
During the visit, which bore the slogan "Loyalty to the Heirs of the Prophets," a member of the local Islah Shura Council and a member of the House of Representatives, Saeed Duman, affirmed the Islah Party's keenness and interest in scholars, and the appreciation of the great role they play in preserving society and consolidating the foundations of religion and the homeland.
For his part, member of the House of Representatives and a member of the local Islah Shura board, Ahmed Bahwerth, recalled positions on the biography of Sheikh Ali Bakir, his advocacy, social and cultural role, and his endeavor in brokering settlements, a clearrole, in addition to the abundance of his knowledge and jurisprudence, which made him one of the most prominent fatwa scholars in the country.
