Foreign Ministry announces evacuation of new batch of Yemeni nationals in Sudan

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced the evacuation of a second batch of Yemeni nationals in Sudan, as the passenger ship (Amana) departed from the port of Port Sudan to Jeddah, as part of the continuous evacuation operations initiated by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to evacuating the nationalities of Arab and foreign countries from Sudan.

The ministry, in a statement published by Saba, stated that work and coordination is continuing to complete the evacuation process in the near future, noting that land trips were conducted to transport the first batch of arriving passengers, from Jeddah to each of the governorates of Aden and Marib, based on government directives in this regard.

The ministry reiterated its appreciation for the generous efforts and facilities made by the sisterly Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to evacuate the Yemenis and the hospitality and care it provides to them during their stay in Jeddah before their return to the homeland.
