Over 9,000 displaced families in Marib have been affected by the rains within 10 days

 

The Executive Unit for the Management of Displaced Persons Camps in Marib Governorate revealed that more than 9,000 displaced families have been affected by the heavy and torrential rains accompanied by strong winds that the governorate witnessed during the past ten days.

In a preliminary report assessing the damages of rains on IDPs camps today, the executive unit said, “The total number of those affected by torrential rains that the Marib governorate has witnessed since March 13 is 912 families, of which 273 families were fully affected and 8,847 families were severely affected.”
