The Presidential Leadership Council reviewed in a meeting held today the government's report on the economic and living conditions, and the reforms taken to improve the performance of public finances and diversify sources of income from non-oil resources in light of the Houthi terrorist attacks and their disastrous consequences. The state run news agency said the Council approved a set of measures to enhance comprehensive reforms, while keeping the economic and living file under continuous discussion, and stressing the importance of redoubling efforts to maintain monetary, service, and stable supply of commodities, and to keep the general budget deficit at its safe levels, in a way that prevents side repercussions on vulnerable groups.
