The Ministry of Human Rights has condemned the terrorist Houthi militia's systematic crimes of sniper shooting children in the besieged Yemeni city of Taiz over the past years.
In a statement on Monday, the ministry said the international community's silence has encouraged the terrorist militia to go ahead with sniper shooting and other atrocities that have left thousands of casualties among civilians especially women and children.
Most recently, a Houthi sniper shot injured two children in the besieged Yemeni city of Taiz on Sunday, local sources have said.
A Houthi gunman shot 11-year-old Abdullah Qayed and 9-year-old Munawar Mohammed in the east of Saber Almawadem district in Taiz.
Bullets ripped through the bodies of the two children as they were walking in a main road.
