On mid June a heavy explosion rocked the vicinity of Alnasar main hospital in the provincial capital of Yemen's southern Dhale'a leaving casualties among the hospital's guards. The attack was meant to target relief aid organization employees in the province.
The attacks began in 2015 as the war between the local popular resistance forces and Houthi terror militia erupted, but have taken a systematic pattern in the past four years.
Those Houthi plotted attacks forced many aid organizations to flee to the Houthi side of the frontline and leave thousands of war-affected people to be deprived from aid. What worsens the situation there is the lack of government's control as other anti-government militias colluding with Houthis assert control.
