Hundreds of protesters staged a rally in the besieged Yemeni city of Taiz on Friday noon accusing the international community of complicity with the Houthi militia for silence and inaction over the long-standing crime.
The protesters raised banners and chanted slogans accusing the international community and the United States of complicity for pressuring the government to secure the opening the Houthi militant-held seaports and airports while not bothering about the Houthi militia's refrainment from implementing their part of the UN-brokered Truce Agreement on top of which is ending the eight year siege on millions of people in Taiz. They said the international community is turning back on its responsibility which explodes its claims of protecting humanitarian values.
