Hajjah: The Houthi-Saleh militias commit 60 violations in March


The Houthi-Saleh militias committed more than 60 violations during March 2017 alone.

The violations included four cases of murder, five cases of abduction and enforced disappearance, storming of houses and looting of properties.

The report issued by a human rights coalition that the militias also caused three cases of murder against civilians in Aflah al-Yaman district, pointing out that the militias also caused the death of a civilian.

The report also indicated that the militias looted humanitarian assistances and relief, distributed to their followers and sold some of them in black markets.

The report said that the putschists forced civilians, particularly the public servants to take part in their protests.

The report stressed that five civilians were subjected to abduction and enforced disappearance, pointing out that the militias continue their violations on a daily basis.

The coalition registered over 1000 civilians from Hajjah during two years, pointing out that some of them died under torture and brutal violations.

The coalition demanded human rights organizations to swiftly intervene and save Yemeni civilians from the Houthi-Saleh militias.
