The Yemen Congregation for Reform (Islah) party has condemned the failure of the UN envoy to include the party's senior member Mohammed Qahtan from the proposed list of prisoners to be exchanged between the Yemeni government and the Houthi militia in Sana'a.
The party said in a statement the failure to include politician Qahtan who has been detained by the militia since the beginning of April 2015 while including hundreds of Houthi gunmen in the swap list reveals a shameful defect in the UN and the entire international community.
