Houthi sniper kills woman in Taiz, the latest in a spate lasting over seven years

A Houthi sniper killed a woman in central Yemen's Taiz on Wednesday, the latest in a spate of premeditated fatal shooting Shia terrorist Houthis have been committing in the province for more than seven years.

The Houthi militant shot Saeeda Salem Ali, 35, near her house in Maqbana district, west of Taiz's provincial capital, on Wednesday while she was walking and carrying some fodder for her sheep. The woman, a mother of eight children sustained the bullet injury in her right thigh and died of bleeding before she was hospitalized, according to local sources.  

Her husband immediately slipped into a coma out of shock and is now in hospital, the sources said.

Snipers belonging to the Shia terrorist network of Houthis have been gunning down civilians especially women and children in the besieged province on a continual basis since 2015. More than one thousand and five hundred civilians have been killed by sniper shooting alone in over seven years.
