Houthi militants have inaugurated an operations room and an intelligence office in Sana'a to manage terrorist attacks and chaos stirring acts in the liberated Yemeni territories, both the ones under the government's control or Southern Transitional Council's control, reports say.
Yemeni informed sources told Okaz daily the operations room is headed by Qasem Homran a brother-in-law of the Houthi militia's leader Abdulmalik Al-Houthi.
The supervisors over the implementation of the terror attacks are the militia's appointed "governors" for the southern governorates of Aden, Lahj, Hadhramout, Abyan, al-Dhale'a, Abyan and Shabwa.
