Yemen's Shia extremist Houthis have blown up a house of an army officer in the outskirts of Marib governorate, eyewitnesses from the government forces-controlled parts said on Thursday.
After fighting with the armed forces in Rahaba district, the extremists seized a small part of it called Baqtha, and blew up the house of Taleb Darkam Almoradi in reprisal for his membership in the army.
In cities, Houthi militiamen seize houses of prominent oppositionist and in rural areas blow them up with planted explosives. They have blown up hundreds of houses since the beginning of the six year war.
