Over 4,000 violations committed by Houthis in Sana’a within 3 months

Alsahwa Net- A government report has documented more than 4,000 violations committed by Houthis during the first quarter of 2021 in the capital Sana’a.

Among the violations committed by Houthis in Sana’a are the burning of Ethiopians on March 7, 2021.

Houthi security forces launched unidentified projectiles into an immigration detention center in Sanaa, causing a fire.

The Houthis’ reckless use of weapons led to the burning of scores of Ethiopian migrants.

Hundreds of Yemenis are repeadely abused by the Houthis. Women are facing an "unprecedented" pattern of abuse in Houthi held areas, activists and human rights groups affirmed.

Mass arrests of women started after the Houthi conducted its coup against the legitimate Yemeni government. Many women were deprived from working and others were thrown to prisons.

The Houthi cells also trained women fighters, named “Zainabiyat”, who were tasked by the Hotuhi group to repress women who oppose the group.
