A man was killed and another was injured in Yemen’s eastern Shabwa province on Saturday when their water truck hit a landmine laid by the Houthi militia, a media outlet has reported.
The non-governmental Yemen News Agency (YNA) reported that “Mohammed Naser Alkharaz was killed, while Ahmed Abdullah Alkharaz was injured in the explosion” of the landmine left by the Houthi militia which was driven out of the region in December 2017. Civilians across Yemen including liberated areas continue to lose lives and limbs as a result of the landmines left by the theocratic terrorist organization that controls large swaths of north Yemen.
