The attached is a picture going viral of a Yemeni man found dead this week after he was swept by the torrential rains in Tihama west of Yemen. Heavy rains swept people and livestock. The Yemeni Arabic media addressed the issue through the prism of misfortune brought by and happening under the theocratic Houthi militia's rule.
