Houthis militants storm residence of government diplomat

Alsahwa Net- The Houthis militants stormed on Sunday a residence belongs to Ali Al-Amrani, Yemen’s ambassador to Jordan, Al-Amrani said on Sunday.

“I’m not shocked by such acts, but by those who still friends with the Houthis despite their constant horrific acts that caused unprecedented crisis in Yemen’s history,” Al-Amrani wrote on his Facebook page.

The Houthis stormed residences of scores of government officials and political leaders following their takeover of the capital Sana’a in September 2014.

They recently increased such acts against residences of their political opponents and government-affiliated leaders.

Last Thursday, the Houthis militants stormed residence of the general secretary assistant of the Islah Party in Sana’a, Sheikhan Al-Dobaee.

The militants gave a notice to the residents to leave in preparation for confiscation of the property.

They also began issuing rules from their -run courts in an attempt to legalize looting and selling of properties that belong to their opponents.
