Militias of the Houthis and Saleh seized relief vessels at al-Hudeidah Port though a ceasefire was declared 24 hours before.

Ministers of the Local Administration Abdul-Raqeeb Fatah affirmed that the militias held a number of relief vessels provided by donors.
During a meeting with the Russian Ambassador to Yemen in Riyadh, Fatah affirmed that the militias prevented the delivery of assistance to governorates controlled by them, affirming that their acts caused the increase of starvation, particularly in al-Hudeidah governorate.
Fatah demanded the international community to put pressures on the Houthi rebels in order to bring assistance to those governorate controlled by them.
The Saudi-led Arab Coalition declared on Saturday a 48-ceasfire which may be extended in case the Houthi rebels committed to it.
The Arab Coalition also put conditions of sending Houthi representatives to the southern Saudi city of Dhahran al-Janoub order to make security and military arrangements to end rebel control over several cities in the north — including the capital, Sana'a
