Mothers protest to release son from Aden’s “private prisons”

Alsahwa Net- Mothers protested Monday in Aden, demanding to release their sons from “private prisons, stressing that they no authority can deny the existence of private prisons in Aden.

The Abductees’ Mothers Association has affirmed that it has information approving the existence of private prisons in Aden.

 The mothers held Aden’s security authorities responsible for the disappearance of their sons, appealing to local and international human rights and media outlets to stand by their humanitarian issue.

The mothers expressed their dissatisfaction over the remakes of Deputy Interior Minister Ali Nasser Lakhsha’a in which he denied the existence of private prisons in Hodeida, demoing to immediately disclose the fate of their relatives of refer them to justice.

Lakhsha had remarked that all prisons are run by the Interior Ministry, denying the existence of private prisons in Aden and Hadhramout.

These remarks raised controversy amid calls for arranging protests demanding to reveal the fate of forcibly disappeared persons.
