Arab Coalition intercepts two ballistic missiles over Marib

The Arab Coalition air defenses intercepted a ballistic missile that Houthis fired toward Marib city, in Yemen's east on Saturday at noon time.

The Iran-backed Shiiit Islamists fired the two missiles consecutively to target the small city crowded with hundreds of thousands of residents, most of them people who had fled the militants' bloody crackdown and persecution.

The militants continually fire ballistic missiles supplied and modified with Iranian assistance to target Marib, the Red Sea port city of Mokha in Taiz and Saudi populated areas and cities.

Last December, the radical militia said they fired a ballistic missile at a nuclear power plant in Abu Dhabi.
