Iranian commander along with Houthi fighters were killed on Monday as air-fighters of the Arab Coalition targeted them in the area of Bakem, in the north of Sa'adah.

A military source said that 12 Houthi fighters were killed in a house which were completely destroyed.

The source affirmed that over 50 Houthi fighters were killed during the current September, and that scores others were also wounded.

Meanwhile, a top American admiral in the middle east  Kevin Donegan said on Monday that Iran continues smuggling weapons and technology to the Houthis in Yemen and enabling the Houthis to fire missiles into Saudi Arabia.

He spelt out that Iran continue sustaining the Houthis with an increasingly potent arsenal of anti-ship and ballistic missiles deadly sea mines and even explosive boats.

"These types of weapons did not exist in Yemen before the conflict" he told the New York Times". " It is not rocket science to conclude that the Houthis are getting not only these systems but likely training and advice and assistance in how to use them."
