The Tor Al-Bahah Military Axis on Monday held a funeral procession for two fallen servicemen—Officer Wajdi Zaabal Al-Athwari and Soldier Jihad Hassan Al-Qadhi—who were killed while performing their national duty last Thursday in the city of Al-Turbah, the center of Al-Shamayatayn District, south of Taiz Governorate.

The two soldiers lost their lives during a security operation to pursue wanted individuals operating outside the law near the city’s entrances.

The funeral procession began from Khalifa General Hospital in Al-Turbah and was attended by military and local leaders, including Major General Abu Bakr Al-Juboli, Commander of the Tor Al-Bahah Axis; Abdulaziz Al-Shaibani, Director General of Al-Shamayatayn District; and Colonel Abdullah Al-Wahbani, Director of District Security. Also present were other military and security officials, along with the families and loved ones of the martyrs.
