The Houthi militia stormed the home of a citizen in the Mawiyah district, eastern Taiz, and kidnapped three of his sons. Human rights sources said the militia raided the home of Khaled Qaid Al-Azab, ransacked its contents, and assaulted the women inside.

Member of the National Committee for Investigation into Human Rights Claims, Ishraq Al-Mokhtari, confirmed that the militia attacked the house in the village of "Akhraq" and kidnapped three sons, later releasing two while keeping the third under detention on fabricated charges.
