Omar Abdo Farhan, son of Brigadier General Abdo Farhan Salem, Advisor to the Taiz Axis Commander, was martyred in clashes with the Houthi militia early Saturday morning.

The Taiz Axis reported that Omar was killed at his position on the front lines at the old airport, west of the governorate.

The martyr's body was escorted to the Martyrs' Cemetery for burial, following funeral prayers at Al-Saeed Mosque.

The funeral procession was attended by Major General Khaled Fadel, Commander of the Taiz Axis, unit commanders, officers, colleagues, friends, and relatives of the martyr, as well as a large crowd of citizens.

The Taiz Axis paid tribute to Omar's sacrifice, honoring his memory as a brave fighter who gave his life in the line of duty.
