A woman was killed in the explosion of a landmine planted by the terrorist Houthi militia in Marib Governorate, in eastern Yemen, on Wednesday.

Local sources said that a woman was killed near her home in the Harib district, south of Marib, as a result of a mine explosion planted by the during its invasion of the district in 2021.

The Houthi militia planted thousands of mines in the villages and farms of the district, killing and injuring dozens of civilians, most notably women and children.
