Yemen calls Arab League to meet, discuss humanitarian situation

Yemen has called the Arab League to urgently meet and discuss appropriate means to address humanitarian and medical situation and combat of cholera in Yemen.
Yemen's health minister Nasser ba-Oam sent a letter to Head of the Executive Office of Arab Health Ministers Ahmed Radhi, asking the Arab League to review means of supporting Yemen to control cholera which has spread in a number of Yemeni provinces .
During a meeting held Thursday with Yemen Representative to the Arab League Riyadh al-Akbari, Radhi affirmed that he will call for holding a meeting in the first half September 2017 .
