The Houthi Saleh militias on Saturday sniped to death a 15-year female child, Saima al-Sufi in Taiz.
Last week, the militias sniped to death a 18 year girl, Entisar Shurki and wounded two other women; Lool Lutf and Bardees Abdullah.
The Houthi Movement had declared it will not allow the UN Special Envoy to Yemen Esmail Ould Cheikh Ahmed to return to Sana'a.
The Houthi Movement-run al-Masirah TV quoted the of what is called the Supreme Political Council Saleh al-Samad as saying that Ould Cheikh Ahmed will not be allowed to return to Sana'a, accusing him with bias and non-respect of UN resolutions.
"If the United Nations appointed a new envoy to Yemen, then he should respect the Yemeni people's will" al-Samad tweeted.
This decision has come after Ould Cheikh was attacked in the mid of last May in Sana'a.
The UN demanded the de facto authorities in Sana'a to investigate into the incident, calling for not repeating it.
