Houthis use 400 abductees as human shields in Sana’a

Alsahwa Net- The Iran-backed Houthi rebels on Monday transferred about 400 abductees from a military camp from the Central Prison in Sana’a into the Central Security Camp, the Abductees’ Mothers Associations (AMA) affirmed.
AMA held the Houthi Movement responsible for the safety of the abductees as they were taken into unsecure area, which may be subjected to air strikes of the Arab Coalition.
AMA said that dozens of abductees were previously killed after they were transferred by the Houthis from prisons into military camps.
She appealed to the International Committee of the Red Cross to swiftly take urgent action to save the abductees.
Houthis are used to detain political foes inside military positions which are suspiciously targets of the Saudi-led Arab Coalition.
Yemeni officials say that Houthi use detainees and abductees as human shields.
On 2015, journalists, politicians and activists were found killed in a military position after it was targeted by the Arab coalition.
The bodies of two famous Yemeni journalists Abdullah Qabil and Youssef al-Ayzari, were found in the rubble of a military positions in Dhamar in 2015. The journalists were found days after they had been abducted by the Houthis.
