Houthi militant kills and injures more than 10 people in Sana’a

Alsahwa Net- A Houthi militant has killed and injured more than 10 people in the capital Sana’a on Friday, local sources told Yemen al-Ghad news website.
A number of residents of a neighborhood near the Textile and Weaving factory in downtown Sana’a crowded around the house of Rahabi Qannaf Arahabi who is in charge of the neighborhood and of distributing cooking gas to the residents to complain they have no gas in their houses.
Arahabi who is also a senior operative at the terrorist militia hurled a bomb at the crowd killing four and injuring eight.
A man captured the scene by his phone camera and circulated this link on the internet.
Yemenis to agree on prisoner exchange, diplomat affirms
Alsahwa Net- Yemen Ambassador to the United States Ahmed Awadh bin Mubarak has said that the Yemeni government has come close to reach an agreement on a draft to exchange Houthi prisoners of war in return for detainees, kidnapped and missing persons and those under arbitrary detention of the Iran-backed Houthis.
In a statement presented to the UN Security Council on Friday, bin Mubarak affirmed that the Yemeni government accepted to exchange a Houthi prisoners of war in return for the release of people detained or were abducted by Houthis for reasons that have nothing to do with the war.
The Yemeni government also expresses its hope that the Houthis would commit to their promises and attend the negotiations which are set to be held lately of the current November.
