Militias of the Houthis and ousted President Ali Abdullah Saleh on Tuesday abducted dozens of people from Ibb governorate who resided in the capital Sana'a.
Local sources told Alsahwah Net that the people were taken to private custodies of the Houthis.
Militias of the Houthis last Saturday raided the village of Bani Saif of al-Qafar district, broke a house of a civilian, Ghali Obad al-Muradi, ransacked its content and abducted a number of the village's residents and took them into an unknown destinations.
Dozens of Ibb's people have been languishing for a year and a half in Houthis custodies in which they are subjected to different sorts of mental and physical tortures.
Human rights groups have affirmed that committed over 154 violations and crimes in Ibb during last December alone.
The crimes included murders, executions, assassinations, injuries, abductions, looting, storming and other violations.
Ten civilians were murdered , one person was tortured until death, and 13 attempted murders, two executions were also conducted by the Houthis in Ibb during December.
The report mentioned that 69 persons including children were kidnapped in December 2016 alone. No one day passes without the occurrence of abduction cases in Ibb.
While dozens of kidnapped persons are not known were they are detained, others are subjected to physical and mental torture in the Houthi custodies.
Many families can't report to human rights organizations about the abductions of their relatives because they fear of being punished by the Houthis.
Militias of the Houthis and ousted President Ali Abdullah Saleh also carried out dozens of storming, lootings, occupation of private and public institutions, mosques and trading shops.
